I offer individual in-person and telephone counselling sessions to individuals experiencing a wide variety of challenges that life can bring, such as anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and life transitions.
My approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, and professional, and I draw from various counselling approaches, such as CBT and Narrative Therapy, to best meet your individual needs.
