When the pandemic hit, owning a restaurant just wasn't enough. Restaurants shut down and we were forced to think outside the box. We had always been known for our food, and were forced to think of new ways to get it to our guests. We began creating family style meals and jarring our sauces for our patrons to enjoy in the comfort of their own homes. Though restaurants did reopen, the demand for our services continued to grow. From providing home delivery to now catering over 20 weddings per year, operating a food truck that produces some of the best damn street food you've ever had, a restaurant the town of Newmarket loves, and a corporate client list we are extremely proud of, Irv & Co. has become a household name.
