ACCES Employment assists job seekers from diverse backgrounds facing barriers to employment, to integrate into the Canadian job market. We achieve this by providing employment services, linking employers to skilled individuals and building strong networks in collaboration with community partners. ACCES’s integrated service model provides targeted and customized employment services that meet the unique needs of jobseekers. Our programs address a variety of barriers by providing the following: knowledge about specific sectors in Canada, connections to employers, language and workplace communications training, knowledge about Canadian workplace culture and job search skills. ACCES works closely with employer partners to achieve shared success in a variety of ways including; connecting our jobseekers to employment opportunities, collaborating with employers to develop innovative and industry relevant programs and services and by creating opportunities for employers to participate in our services as expert guest speakers and mentors to our clients. ACCES has over 30 years of experience and delivers employment services to over 35,000 clients annually at seven locations across the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Newmarket, Mississauga, and Brampton.
