As a grief coach, it is my personal experience and professional training which enables me to help my clients navigate their grief journey. I offer 1:1 grief coaching, both virtually and in-person, at my office in Newmarket. I provide grief support for people of all ages, helping them to understand how they can access the strength they need inside themselves. I am committed to witnessing their pain and validating their sense of loss without judgment.

As an End of Life Doula, I guide and support families through the final chapter of their journey together. As a former primary teacher, I have a special interest in supporting grieving children. I will listen to them and help them to feel included in the process. As your companion and guide, I will empower you to have difficult conversations about death and dying, and I will walk alongside you. Each family’s journey is unique, and we will work together to create a better, more positive, and meaningful experience.
