Masterclass in reframing problems in 90seconds       No business is immune to problems or challenges.    The biggest challenge of all for many is change.    A lot of people believe there can only be 2 responses to change:   1)   See the change as inevitable & resign yourself to it 2)  See the change as a problem & resist it   Nikon's latest marketing is a master class in a 3rd response.    Reframe the challenge/problem into an opportunity to make you better, stronger, faster … and even more meaningful.   Here’s how it breaks down:   ➡ Context: “We are living in the age of Artificial Intelligence. All over the world, millions of people are obsessed with creating incredible surreal images of anything they can imagine just by entering a few keywords.”  (Nikon)   ➡ Problem:  We sell cameras. AI is a real threat to photography. No photography, no camera sales.”    ➡ Opportunity: “This obsession with the artificial is making us forget that our world is full of amazing natural places that are often stranger than fiction.” (Nikon)   ➡ Reframe: From Nikon presents photographic equipment --> To "Nikon presents Natural Intelligence” (Nikon)   ➡ Execution: “We created a campaign with real unbelievable natural images taken with our cameras with key words like those used with Artificial Intelligence.” (Nikon)   Now here’s the brilliance,   Nikon didn’t just launch a marketing campaign, they told a better story and repositioned themselves in people’s hearts & minds.   From: Camera manufacturer ➡ To: Champion of the Real World   How’s that for building a platform to rally people around?   TL;DR   1.    Problems are only problems if you see them that way.  2.    There’s opportunity in everything. 3.    In a world full of problems be a solution.    ---   📸 image: Amanda Stassen innovation workshop/presentation referencing Nikon “Natural Intelligence” campaign   🔗Nikon “Natural Intelligence” marketing campaign link below   ♻️If you got some value from this post, consider re-sharing & follow Amanda Stassen for more.

You’ve got an idea. It’s a game changer, it’s handcrafted, it’s purpose-driven … you’d think the selling part would be a piece of cake.   It’s not.    Impact entrepreneurs, like all entrepreneurs, have to hurdle through ‘why should anyone buy what I’m selling’?    Imposter’s syndrome may come in different shapes & sizes, but its basic message is the same – you don’t belong here.  👎Your product doesn’t belong here, 👎you don’t know what you’re talking about, 👎you don’t have what it takes, what makes you think anyone would listen to your story, and so on.   The truth is, it doesn’t matter how great or unique your idea or product is … ❤️🔥If you don’t believe it deserves to be <insert space/place here>, no one will.     Noora Sharrab, CEO & Co-Founder of Sitti Soap faced the imposter syndrome head on, 💪armed with her …   💡WHY: The big reason Sitti soap matters ➡ creating employment & building self-reliance in refugee communities   🚀Powered by hope in a brighter future for the people they serve, she believed until she saw Sitti Soap on the shelf of not only Holt Renfrew but Whole Foods.  👏   So, impact entrepreneurs don’t give up … keep believing, keep seeing, keep moving forward. The world needs you.   🎙️From charity to commerce, social enterprise and more, listen to Noora’s inspiring story in our upcoming Purpose Powered Brand podcast episode.🎙️   Stay tuned! 💥   👍 Follow & subscribe to not miss out: https://linktr.ee/bizu.co #changemakers #entrepreneurship #podcast

// A 2020 WeSpire study found that Gen-Z is ‘The first generation to prioritize purpose over salary” And not only that … 💡 They read mission statements and values documents to select where they work and want their employer’s values to match their values. 💡 They expect consistency and authenticity and will call you out, often publicly, if they don’t see it. 💡 They will leave companies they believe are hiding or putting too much spin on bad news, ignoring their negative environmental or social impacts, or that have toxic workplace cultures.   Challenging news for businesses who sparkle on the outside, but who’s insides … well … they leave a lot to be desired. Wondering how to activate purpose in your business without running the risk of purpose-washing? 🎙️ We’ll be diving into this and more in our upcoming Purpose Powered Brand episode with our very own Amanda Stassen, Founder & Chief Strategist at BIZU Innovation Group. 🎙️   Stay tuned! 💥   👍 Subscribe to not miss out: https://linktr.ee/bizu.co On Apple: https://lnkd.in/emWmykRj On Spotify: https://lnkd.in/eKJY6rsW #purpose #purposedrivenbusiness #podcast #entrepreneurship #leadership #ceoinsights #employerbranding #employeeretention #employeeengagement #humanpotential #businessforgood #genz #businessstrategy
