Roy Hwang is an experienced business lawyer who advises small and medium sized business clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law including business formation and organization, governance, investor agreements, the purchase and sale of a business, and commercial contracts.

In addition to business law, Roy’s practice includes commercial litigation and mortgage enforcement. As a partner at Epstein & Associates, his duties also involve managing administrative aspects of the firm and managing the firm’s Real Estate department.

Roy’s industry experience includes working as an engineer in the computer, automotive, and renewable energy industries. He joined Epstein & Associates in 2010 where his experience has led him to cultivate a practice defined by practicality and efficiency.
