Kirsten Martin & Anne-Marie Gabrini

Anne-Marie & Kirsten are the co-founders of K+A Personal Concierge, as well as two busy multi-tasking moms. Prior to jumping on their entrepreneurial adventure, Anne-Marie & Kirsten, like many of us, struggled with finding balance between their busy corporate careers and home lives. This is when they quickly realized the need for an “extra pair of hands”. With this in mind the two of them created the concept of a personal lifestyle assistant company – K+A Personal Concierge. Their wide array of services include anything from daily errand running, home organization, pet care services, small event planning, time consuming research and much more.

Carol Shirtliff-Hinds - Shirtliff Hinds Law

Carol Shirtliff-Hinds is the Principal of Shirtliff Hinds Law ("SHL"). SHL is a boutique law firm in Newmarket with approximately sixteen employees. Carol is a 1993 graduate of the University of Ottawa Law School. She is a highly experienced litigator and has appeared in all levels of court in Ontario from trials in the Ontario Provincial Court to jury and non-jury trials in the Ontario Superior Court. She has also represented her clients in the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Carol started her legal career as a Prosecutor with the Department of Justice and later with the Public Prosecutions Services of Canada where she honed her Criminal Law litigations skills. Appearing in court as a Crown on an almost daily basis was the perfect training ground for her later role as Principal of SHL where she uses these skills to help her clients.

Carol also represents clients in French and in her belief of giving back to the community is a member of Pro Bono Ontario.
