Masooma was incredible. I needed to get shades for the house and some cushions for the window sill benches. I loved her immediately. She was patient, kind -she listened.... even to my 4 year old daughter. She offered terrific insight (I'm stubborn) but she was right every time. When it was time to install my shades, she was a perfectionist. She wouldn't stop with the installer until the shades were perfect. I was so appreciative of that.
