After spending years in the staging business, Jen decided she wanted to try something new, and rolled up her sleeves and got busy. Understanding that Millennium buyers were shopping for homes online, she focused on how to make homes look really special in real estate photography. If potential buyers don't fall in love with the photos, they will not come out to see the property. Traditionally, stagers depended on 3rd party rentals with 30 days minimums and delivery cost, she quickly realized, she could purchase her own furniture, and cut out the middle man, passing savings on to homeowners and realtors alike. With encouragement from her friend, Janice they sourced out furniture from local stores, and built the business, one room at a time. The business was blessed, with her previous landlord on Cedar Street, Newmarket purchased several Main Street buildings, and offered her the basements with walkouts to Cedar Street. It's not ideal to have 3 spaces, but they are very close to each other, and one space holds everything needed for living rooms and dining rooms, one houses bedrooms and offices, and her main studio houses decor, and a massive collection of Art. We love being part of the Main Street Vibe, and are blessed to have Riverwalk Commons available for breaks.
